CONDUCT FOCUS GROUPS (AS NEEDED)
CLIENT INVOLVEMENT (CM WEEKLY TASKFORCE MEETINGS) THROUGHOUT IMPLEMENTATION
The timeline below represents the estimated duration of the change management planning activities for a project. The change management tasks, activities and deliverables will be specified in detail and integrated into the master project schedule when the corresponding Implementation services plan and schedule are developed.
INTERNAL CHANGE MANAGEMENT
Collaborate and agree on an internal communication plan & governance model for invested stakeholders at Client.
Develop & maintain documentation to support each phase of the project on the client side.
Create And Distribute A Transition & Training Plan (In Collaboration With The Client Team) For Post-Live Support And Maintenance.
