ATS Consulting, LLC provides Customers with professional services to facilitate the implementation and deployment of the UKG platforms for the duration of the project.
PROJECT GOVERNANCE

Help monitor all parties (client and UKG) are engaged throughout the duration of the project, and that all parties are exhibiting indications that the project is being handled with sufficient time, participation, and prioritization.

Help identify and expedite key deliverables within UKG and the client, particularly those that are critical path activities as well as the risks that could otherwise result in the delay of the project.

Ensure PM docs are accurate, reasonable, and sufficiently upkeep, including: 

PROJECT SCHEDULE

Functions as a guiding map that delineates the order of activities, timelines, and necessary resources essential for accomplishing project objectives.

PROJECT PLAN

Collaborate with the client to comprehend the existing state and project goals, and then devise a high-level plan outlining the approach to attain these desired outcomes.

TIMELINE

Key deliverables will be emphasized through project milestones in alignment with the project plan and schedule.

ISSUES LOG

The team will monitor and address any issues with their consultant, diligently tracking open action items to proactively mitigate risks.

STATUS REPORTS

Status reports guarantee that both the ATS team and the client are informed about the present status, providing an opportunity for collaborative discussions on upcoming steps to ensure desired outcomes.

Post Live Implementation Support

Monitor Project Deliverables and Execution for any concerns, particularly regarding schedule and quality of work.

Help manage scope and advise when potential scope creep is identified.

Develop a communication plan & governance cadence, as agreed upon by client.

TECHNICAL / INTEGRATIONS

• Assist with testing of the system, including payroll and time files, guarantees, reports, integrations, flat file import/exports, etc. 

• Assess reporting needs from client (including mission-critical reports, and/or “nice-to-have”. reports and identify any gaps within your reporting needs and UKG’s report-building scope.

• Build, design, and train client personnel on any additional reports identified in the gap analysis.

• Assist with integration development and design.

• Assist in the design of flat-file specs and processes for import/exports (GL files, benefits, etc).

• Review implementation upload files (employee info, playgroups, locations, etc.) for accuracy, quality, and overall best practices
